Overview

We are committed to delivering your medical cannabis products safely, discreetly, and in compliance with all Puerto Rico regulations. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes, delivery times, and what to expect when you place an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Puerto Rico only. Due to federal and state regulations governing medical cannabis, we cannot ship to:

  • The continental United States
  • U.S. territories outside of Puerto Rico
  • International destinations
  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

All shipments require a physical street address and signature confirmation upon delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times vary by product type:

Standard Products:1-2 business days
E-books & Digital Products:Instant delivery
Custom Orders:3-5 business days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM AST will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery:

Standard Shipping

Delivery: 3-5 business days

Cost: $8.99 (Free on orders over $100)

Express Shipping

Delivery: 1-2 business days

Cost: $19.99

Same-Day Delivery

Delivery: Within 4-6 hours (select areas only)

Cost: $29.99

Available in San Juan, Bayamón, Carolina, and Ponce metro areas. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM AST.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for delivery:

  • USPS Priority Mail - Standard and Express shipping
  • Local Courier Services - Same-day delivery in metro areas
  • Specialized Medical Cannabis Delivery - For high-value or temperature-sensitive products

All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents to protect your privacy.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates via SMS (if opted in)
  • Estimated delivery date and time window

You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.

Delivery Requirements

To comply with medical cannabis regulations, all deliveries require:

  • Age Verification: Recipient must be 21+ and present valid government-issued photo ID
  • Signature Confirmation: An adult signature is required upon delivery
  • Medical Card Verification: Valid Puerto Rico medical cannabis card may be requested
  • Recipient Presence: Someone must be available to receive the package

Packages cannot be left unattended or delivered to neighbors.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • First Attempt: Carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery the next business day
  • Second Attempt: Another delivery attempt will be made
  • Third Attempt: Package will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup (up to 5 days)
  • After 5 Days: Package will be returned to us and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs

You will receive notifications after each delivery attempt with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or damaged:

Lost Package

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
  4. Contact us at support@cannabiswellness.com

We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and damaged items before opening
  2. Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number
  4. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately

Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customs or regulatory inspections
  • High-volume periods (holidays, special promotions)

We will notify you immediately if we anticipate any delays with your order. You can also contact us anytime for a status update.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at (646) 460-6261. We can update the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping due to federal regulations governing medical cannabis products. All orders must be shipped to addresses within Puerto Rico.
