Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used cannabis products (flower, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, topicals)
  • Digital products and e-books (once downloaded or accessed)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products without original packaging or labels

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
  • Cover return shipping costs for defective items
  • Process your claim within 2-3 business days of receiving photographic evidence

Please take photos of the damaged product and packaging before opening, as this will expedite your claim.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or missing components
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products not in their original condition or missing original packaging
  • Products returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • We shipped the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
