In Puerto Rico, medical cannabis is regulated by the Puerto Rico Department of Health (Departamento de Salud) under Law 42-2017. Our team works directly within this framework — helping patients obtain their medical cannabis patient ID cards, connecting them with licensed dispensaries, and ensuring every step meets PR state compliance requirements.
